Custom and Commission Returns

There are no refunds on custom commissioned orders. With custom orders and commissions we require our clients  to sign off on the final image, before print and during the process before and During painting, shading, digital or mixed media designs.

Originals are priced according to artist pay scale and our clients are required to fill out a questionnaire detailing their desired creation. iC Murals specializes in connecting the right artist, to the right client. From style, medium and budget, we will make sure we bring your vision to life.

All commissioned art designs will require half of  the artist price before starting the project. When artists are commissioned, we ask our clients to be clear in terms of their vision as we will allow three edits included with the artwork quote. If you've ordered a custom art design iC Murals will keep you informed via email or text of the progress,  making sure we can translate your vision effectively every step of the way. iC Murals will make sure you are completely satisfied. 

All sales of iC Murals Custom Creation orders are final and ineligible for returns, but can be replaced if there is damage during shipping.
Replaced orders will be a reprint of the SAME exact image. No changes can be made to the print.

No refunds will be processed for customer errors such as low resolution, failure to respond in a timely manner to a proof request, or buyer’s remorse.

At iC Murals our aim is to have our clients 100% satisfied. Art is very personal, so if you're just starting out, or if you're a seasoned collector we offer something for All art lovers. Communication is key when creating from the eyes of another.  We want the process to be a smooth and enjoyable experience.
